Overall i am happy with the services including support provided over phone and in person.
Special thanks to Vijay ni as he was really good in listening to queries and helping me out wherever required during the whole period.
Lastly driver given was very experienced but bit on greedy side.
Some improvement feedback
Need to share more organised itenary with all events and places as sometime it is required to plan better
Information like toll payments and unavailability of credit card should be told before hand as places like jammu and patni top has no card services at maximum places including hotel reception.
Some discounts on excursions should be given like ropeway and others.

I am a mother of a 13 year old boy and need everything perfect when I travel. any trouble to my kid makes me angry and unhappy. Before booking the trip Ankit had promised that he will be available 24x7 for my queries and he kept his word. he helped me in every way possible whenever we stuck. my hotels, my travel, my day plans were as perfect as I expected. I did face some issues with local agent due to their attitude but Ankit took care of that from India and I got good service everywhere I go. I never thought that I will love every bit of my Malaysia trip. Thanks to my travel agent and planner.
The memories which I will cherish are cruise dinner in langawi experiencing the beautiful sunset. The Vivacious Genting and the ever happening night life of KL. Delicious Street food, street performances, Happening pubs and Hilton hotel rooftop lounge with the view of twin tower and KL tower in one frame.

The package given was economical, it covered all important places of sight seeing in Dubai as well as in Europe. The best thing about the agency is they listen to customer's requirement & serve accordingly. Initially we were apprehensive as to how it will be organised and we wanted the best deal for the money we have paid for it . But fortunately our decision was right in choosing "Smiling Trips". It was very well organized and our trip was wonderful.
We went to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and in Europe we went to Prague and Berlin.

This trip was totally amazing and most memorable beginning of our new life...
Beautiful scenery, wonderful guides, great food and full of active adventures and fun...
Pickup and drop was on time and driver was well trained also the hotels they provided us was very nice, all staff were polite and helpful...
The most important thing is that, before we checked in hotel, our room was upgraded from deluxe to luxury room in Manali as well as from delux to super deluxe in Shimla with the same package, without any additional charges, I really thankful for Smiling Trip team...

The car was comfortable and and also we did not have to bother about our Luggage in the car as the driver assured that he would take care of our belongings. from taking us to good vegetarian places to eat and dropping and picking us up on time and to the friendly nature of our driver i would definitely recommend them to any body visiting Delhi, Agra. The accommodation and transport were provided according to my budget. Our stay in Shimla was taken care by Ameera Hotel. Simply outstanding and competent. Next, their driver,Mr Vishnu was an amazing guy. Happily took us to local shopping experience at Palika Baazar which was not in our itinerary. Their guides were professional and knowledgeable.
