I then met Nadeep ji and the generous way of his firm handshake, I still remember truly men of remarkable knowledge and ready to understand to customer needs in detail, giving a listening year to every minute details of my requirement, he suggested me I should go for WIPRO brand which I am not ready to invest as those were the times of Compaq and HP, but after having serious discussion and after sales support provided always first hand by him, I still fondly remembered him. Wipro exceeded my expecations and never had any issue on whatsoever I throw at him. Got the chance to again meet him in 2019 and guys his firm handshake and warmness with courtsey is still the same. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was 12:30 pm afternoon , suddenly my wife's laptop stopped working, i can see the panic and stress that she was having , it was not for the laptop but for the data , as her data was very critical for us .
Now we went to HP service center and i was shocked , with their weird replies , and now the panic was at its peak, i was sure that my data is gone , Jut to add more background to it , i am a software developer and mostly leave in pune/mumbai/hyderabad , i was 100% sure there is no chance to get the professional of that caliber to recover my data .
This is the time i got to know about Nadeem sir , online.
I was impressed with the reviews and immediately called him, and after that , it was like i am dealing with someone who was more concerned about my data then me, he immediately guided me and there is one gentleman over there called Mr Qamar , he is again reciprocating same customer friendly behavior that Mr Nadeem has.
Guys seed grows and takes the form of a tree silently , but tree falls and makes so much noise , this shows creation has no noise , same is for success.
Smith systems proves this so well, i am proud now that even in bhopal we have that level of expertise which can infuse satisfaction for a person like me , who was 100% sure that he needs to take the HDD to either Bangalore /Mumbai Labs .
