★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my vehicle for service...they told they will give in 2 hours and I was waiting for 3 hours but my vehicle was not ready......the workers have my vehicle to some of their friend and he roamed for his personal works....and came back....and again I was waiting.....
This should never happen keeping a customer waitingggg...... very highly disappointed......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this placed yesterday for my new active 6G service with full petrol tank. In the beginning of service registration process i told that authorized person nothing get wrong with the scooty. But when i received my scooty after 3 hours half fuel tank ki empty. This is not a professional way to deal with customers.
I request to Honda Services Authorized person take appropriate action for this.

Only one mechanic is there and that too is not professional. The whole service center is a scam. The front desk guy is very clever and scam customers with unnecessary charges. I did my 3rd free service and he gave me bill of 1900. Seriously! Not just that they don't even have their own washing center they do it from a local shop nearby. Miss jolly (Manager) should look into this matter and take some strict action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst...no value of customer. It's take more than 50 minutes in a simple wash and no prioritization on request. Staff have no manner and arguing with you if you say something even the fault from their side. I had a heated argument with the stuff and manager didn't bother to came out and talk to his staff. Worthless service and staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to reach as the Smooth Honda Two-wheeler service center Jeel Chowk is in main road. I went there in the month of October . I am writing this review with that time experiance. Staff are professional. Service is good. they will do the service in front of you as their service bay is in the front area itself. Card payment is not available , if that will be arranged then there will be no more negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services. It’s been 2 months that my scooty has been given for repair and it is not yet repaired. They are still giving alternate days like 25th March or 28th March.
No sense of responsibility and no sense of coordination.
Will never recommend anyone for this place for service or repair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. This is first time I visit for service of my Activa with worst of experience. Service manager and staff are not technically experience seems like cycle repair person . Feel this centre is not authorized centre or fake centre of honda company. Don't have professional approach toward services, staffs are not coordinating in nature. Centre person are smart to making bill with high amount. Charging just double triple for accessories and making foolish to customers. Washing of vehicle also they are doing some elsewhere. Most accessories are not available in centre and arranged with high cost from elsewhere place. I strongly recommended not to visit this centre. Even not bother about your feedback or suggesion. So expect more from this centre is waste. Facility for customers in waiting area are worst.GTH
