Came across SmotPro India website and contacted them. As promised, it was quickly processed. I went for my passport renewal on 27th April and on the 29th, before noon I received my passport.

I had to get my son passport renewed on urgent basis and had to moving the stucked file from regional office too, but with great effort by smotpro (Mr. SHAM SUNDAR K) it was done so quickly and have dispatched within 24 hrs as promised by smotpro representative (Mr. Sham Sunday k)
