They should behave good with every customer.
They are not giving you any bill of parts.
If you asked for bill, they will provide you a bill with no use!!
Their sale is huge so they dont care about customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extreme bad showroom. They don't care about their custome. Guys never ever go to this showroom to buy any honda bike. It my personal opinion as I suffered by them.
So, make you decisions wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer dealing isn't good at all! This service centre won't allow you to see, how the mechanic is working with your vehicle! Also, the behaviour of owner is worst! Staffs are not so good. They should behave properly with their customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre i have came acrossed, The service person who sits on the counter is very annoying, The mechanics are literally kamchor who runs of out work, I have a small suggestion never give your bikes for a service here, They dont even know about fittings.

Stock is good enough. Almost all popular colours of your favourite bike is available here. Though there is availability of adequate staff people still takes time for servicing.
Overall customer feedback is satisfactory. I almost forgot to mention, it's one of the largest Honda 2 wheeler dealer in Hooghly district.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience for servicing my vehicle. For routine servicing if you visit at 9 am you will your bike with in 2hrs. Their service is nice and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They know what they do. One downside is they only accept cash as a mode of payment. They should accept atleast UPI for payment in future for better customer experience.
