★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surely Recommend For squint eye surgery especially for financialy weaker section. Dr. Bhoomika shah is very experienced squint eye surgeon with very kind and supportive nature. One star is less due to non co-operative pharmacy store ,not given even basic discounts over medicines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class Management like Account Dept., - HR Dept. and all management Team. I have informed in written and also Mails and whatsapp to Dr. Chaitri shah and other departments many times about my 10% deduction of the 1 Year salary and last month salary but no one can reply me in any format or in any Platforms. Right now a 10 Months done in my resignation from the Hospital but management was not releasing the salary and doesn't given any proper reply.
And in Inspection time a hospital all the fraud data used like reports, Patients, and edit the cctv video like changing the dates and time and then that submit to inspection manager if any matters came then also that matters solved with Money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, very rude and lethargic staff. Just cheat people they can't understand emergency. Always staff do gossip just like garden and time pass,they are not understanding this hospital and they doing business of life saving. Very bad experience . In short it is paid civil hospital and unmanage staff and rudely behaving medical staff. On last Saturday my father Hrctscan was done still report is providing. Very lethargic work and lazy work style

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go in this hospital, it is full of rude staff and doctors. There is no value of patients there. Unhygienic and dirty hospital as ever. Toilet smell is everywhere. It's like you are visiting unorganised place. There is no particular privacy when you are on bed while checking. Consultation rooms are already full of at least 5 people (maybe doctors) at this covid time. Receptionist will send you in and Doctor will rudely ask, who are you? Why did you enter in? Go
out! I mean seriously? Is tarike se to subji mandi wale bhi baat nahi karte. Unme bhi utni tamiz hoti hai. They are worst than them. And you just have to walk and walk and walk the whole dirty place to reach anywhere.
You're not going to have overall good experience for sure. "DON'T GO!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital has some serious shady things going on between the pharmacy and the internal staff. My family member was admitted here for 10 days and I think this was our worst decision. Since this is a trust hospital, you think there will be negligible charges. But we're being charged 10k to 15k rupees everyday for medicines. The biggest bummer is that the pharmacy takes only cash payments. Many days we had to pay around 15k rupees in cash. We tried to reach grievance officer two to three times but he was never present in the office. After being charged so much we decided to buy the medicines from the nearby pharmacy and found out that the hospitals pharmacy was charging 3k rupees more than the other nearby pharmacies for the same medicines having the same company. Then another red flag was when they denied to accept those medicines taken from nearby pharmacy. We complained to the admin who was also shocked after hearing the price difference. After the matter was escalated, the pharmacist (Dhavalbhai) called and told us that if you don't have money we can provide you the costly injections at half price but won't be giving the bill and even called some staff member of the ICU and informed him to not order extra medicines and only order medicines that are necessary. After seeing all this we lost all hope on the hospital and decided to shift my family member to the civil hospital. The patient has been getting very good treatment in the civil hospital compared to the SMS hospital. When the patient was admitted in SMS hospital he was in good condition and had been talking with us but after staying there for 10 days he has been unconscious and the situation has degraded a lot. Also, the nursing staff of the SMS hospital was very rude. I am a bit surprised as the staff of civil hospital is much more friendly and well behaved compared to them. My advice is that if you are admitted in the SMS hospital, insist on buying medicines from the nearby pharmacies. You will save a lot. If the staff doesn't agree, go to the admin and inform them. Tell the staff to give back all the medicines that are unused. You will be surprised how much refund you can get. If you're not financially stable, I would recommend to go to the civil hospital where you would get very good treatment almost free of cost and even the nursing staff would be responsive and helpful as compared to the SMS hospital.

Hospital and college are in one campus and staff quarters are behind D block.
And D block is under construction when I have visited. And car and 2 wheeler parking is there and small garden is there.
Overall it was nice hospital and one of my friend is working over there.
As per her review it is nice hospital.
