★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic! After being told for 10 mins, I was waiting for 1 hr 20 mins and then what I get is something that I dint order. On being asked she does not care to apologise or something but inspite gets rude and cuts the call. Unprofessional ! Will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional people. They expect office people to come outside of the office to road and search for the delivery boy to recieve the tiffin while every details are given. They can't even understand to read the address properly and also behave very badly with customers saying if you are not willing to do in our way then order from somewhere else. Such a worst bunch of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thia tiffin service cheated me of my money. After I left Delhi she didn't pay back my advance money deposited to her. Kept saying that she'd send it to my account and has now blocked my number. Pathetic! Plus the food was substandard, unhygienic and the delivery system quite lax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional they don't pick up the phone . They have to return 70rs dues they have not change in last order I said them no issues will manage in next order . Now they not pick up the phone. Unprofessional people don't know to do business in service industry not trustworthy people.
