★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is the worst I have ever faced. Unreasonable, uncomfortable and pathetic..Its a complete waste of money. I would prefer burning my money over ever hiring their services again.
They demand payment before completing the ride. Even if you give them 80 % advance and tell them you'll pay the remaining amount once the ride is over, they will pressure you to pay and refuse to drop you unless you do. They'll stop the car in a desolate area in the middle of nowhere and there you won't be able to do anything. The ride and driver are bad, driver's on the phone half of the time and the agency is the worst. Ther eis no single point of contact in the agency... apparently there are multiple owners and each one will tell something different. All they care about is their milage and how to save on tolls and parking charges. Their service is shi**y. I booked a ride to Ooty and they took around 9-10 hours with all the drama in the middle. Would never suggest this agency if you want your mood not to sour on your travels. I would have rated this in minus if there was an option to do that
