You will not get paid for 1st few months and if you leave the company in less than 2 years, you will have to return all the salary paid back to the owner. Pay is not very good either. People who want to leave the company and move on to another company or city for personal reasons are discouraged to do so. You will have to hear a lot of negative talk about why you shouldn't move on, even when you have personal reasons to. The owner will hesitate to even have a last meeting with you or give you a relieving letter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will not get salary for first two months they keep it as deposite after completing your 2 years bond period they will give your 2 months salary and no paid holidays for 1 yr. Will get good knowledge and to learn many things . more work load and pressure on fresher candidate and no support from senior person you have to do it by yourself everything.They work on inventor software no other software.
