★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr maulita Kapadia is a worst doctor she is a worst at diagnosis I have a fever from 10to.12 days but she don't even tell the actual reason behind the fever she is only interested in reports without any reason I'm sufferd a lot just because of her even she so rude sucha a bed experience ???

1) Hospital is well maintained
2) Staff is Good in Behavior
The Bad Things-
1) Very New Team of Doctors & Nurses
2) Felt they are bit slow in every process(doctor and nurses)
3) Family and Friends can't take food from or outside even you can't take milk or tea or not even lemonade which is unacceptable seriously
Have been in many hospital but this system doesn't exit (this should be changed seriously)
4) Catering Services are worst ?no food quality and taste or nor more option you get no maintained hygiene
Note- Spend some more money go to other good hospital if your patient is in serious condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good health service. All medical services available except heart surgery. Good canteen, clean hospital, well mannered and well trained staff, too good infrastructure.
5 suggestions :
1. Issue food coupon to health check up plan so carry a file to canteen can be avoided.
2. Start sms service with link of every report after each step of examination.
3. Provide alternative staff of health check up plan, so each step can be completed in time limit.
4. Send every report in one folder to person via email, so it can be helpful in future medical purpose.
5. Provide food 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to remove a scab on my head. The surgeon was excellent. The staff on the other hand could not comfort me. I repeatedly asked for some medication to relieve the pain. They administered it once during the 24 hour stay. It lasted for a hour. I asked and asked throughout the evening and night to no avail. I did not get any sleep and my head pounded all night long. I would not recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hospital with experienced medical professionals and doctors. Very affordable, clean and hygienic. If you're planning to consult a doctor, be ready for a wait time of 2 hours at least. They have token system, which is well managed and effective.
