★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent gym...best part is timing it gets open at 4 am and closes at 1 am all 7 days so great place for people who has busy life schedule...trainer are okay and decent machinery...staff is courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great experience!! best gym in east delhi ... cooperative and soft spoken staff unlike Shape and size gagan vihar, where staff was so bad mouthed and was over crowded gym.
here the gym is spacious n no overcrowding.
better standard maintained of gym membership club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks dead ,one of the worst gyms in Krishna Nagar .Employees and management staff gets staff cut regularly ,machine and equipments are dated on top of that they have herrendous membership fees ,the reason this gym is maybe the worst performer in the area. Try Toro fitness instead much better value for price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the starting it was a nice gym, machines were perfect. But manager and team dont focus on customer satisfaction. They just sold one year package and then don't even care about you ,your progress. No one there for listening the problems of customers. If there any machine or any other equipment is damaged then forgot about that. It's not gonna repaired if you don't tell to manager and write a letter to him. It will take at least 30 day or more.
But cleanliness is good. Full marks for hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t care about customers. Also the way reception staff behaves , they are least bothered to get new customers or retain old customers. That dedication and spark is missing in environment. I cn understand the timing and availability is more but only for that thing u cant pay such a huge amount. They are charging very huge amount as compared to other gyms in this area with whatsoever no dedicated staff and average infrastructure. I have seen better gyms with less fee
