★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer support. Poor tracking of ordered item, even after 3 weeks, for non receipt of the item, tracking the status of consignment is not possible. When I tried Cancellation for such prolonged delay of more than 3 weeks, their site is not allowing cancellation. Also customers details are leaked out to a fraud third party having same name and logo, who try to defraud customers by informing that they have won 1st prize of 12 lakhs/Tata Safari, and would compel them to deposit almost 8000 as registration charges. I experienced several such calls/SMS/Whatapp messages from this third party- who have created a site displaying prize winning CARS just to lure innocent snapdeal customers to deposit (as per their claim) registration charges. Hence one should be cautious whist ordering from this on line site, since our contacts details would be leaked out, inordinate delay in servicing, we cannot cancel the order inspite of inordinate delay of more than 3/4 weeks.
