SNBP School - Pune

S.N.B.P's International School is the best school in Manjri area. Not only in appearance of the school and academics, but also in sports,Cultural activities and other activities our school has progressed and we are proud of the achievements that we have attained. A Principal has a very important place in the working of the school. She has a grand personality. Our Principal is able, highly qualified and hard working. She is very noble and honest. She takes great interest in her work. She is the friend and guide of the students as well as for the teachers. During assembly hours she also comes with the entire school and attends the assembly. We are proud of our Principal and we wish that we have her for longer years.

I was working with SNBP as Academic Coordinator. I recently quit because I couldn't take the absolute lack of professional ethics anymore. I thought things would improve over time but the management is just not interested and anybody who does try to improve is shown the exit door. A summary of what's wrong with the school 1. The owner of the school runs it purely as a business enterprise. There is just no concern for the quality of education provided. The school has been working purely because of the efforts of the Principal. 2. While the fees charged by the school matches that of many other premier schools, there's absolutely no effort to progressively improve the infrastructure. 3. Infrastructure inadequacies a. Shortage of bathrooms. Poor hygiene. b. No seperate bathroom for teachers. c. No staff room for teachers. Place earmarked as staff room has no ceiling. d. About 50 % of the computers non functional for the past year. 4. The school management is yet to give me an offer letter. 5. Annual increments in salary agreed upon are given as per the whims of the Director. Teachers are fired without prior notice. 6. When the current covid pandemic situation, the school was closed from 15 Mar. Since then we worked from home and commenced online classes from April. The Director simply announced that only half salary will be paid for the months of March and April. 7. In the current month (June) the Director instructed us to work from school only, despite the fact that covid epidemic is still prevalent and only online classes are being conducted. A week later it was announced that only half the salary will be paid for June also. Even further, all pre primary and primary teachers were placed on indefenite 'hold' with no pay. 8. I requested the Director for full salary atleast for the month of June. He flatly refused and said I could quit if I wanted. Disgusted with his conduct, I decided to leave the school for good. I later learnt that all the teachers rallied against the Director demanding their pay. When push came to shove, he agreed to pay their full salaries. It is evident that the Director does not understand decency. 9. All these actions reflect of an absolute unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. Parents think wisely before you admit your child in this school. This is the fifth year of the school... The school is still in the same condition as it was in the first couple of years.

SNBP's International School does not mean that they follow the international pattern in studies. There are some points which all parents should be aware of before taking admission in this school: 1. There are no rules and regulations for fees and LC process. Management change fees according to their mood, who has come to take admission and how much bargain that person can do. 2. No proper hygiene is maintained in the school. Washrooms are in very bad condition and some floors don't have washrooms too. There is no separate washroom for employees. In this situation of Covid-19, there is no proper sanitization process and no temperature checking. 3. For the past 2 years there is no security guard, no safety for children and employees as well. There is just a single old man from the same premise who takes care of complete security. 4. They are firing their employees/teachers without notice in this pandemic situation. 5. Teachers are changed frequently because of lack of management and no appreciation for their work. 6. Management is more into the quantity of students' strength rather than in the quality of education provided. I was an ex-employee of this school at a senior position. They did not give me my salary for the last 2 months. I demanded for my salary as some management peers got their full salary for the month of May, June and advance salary for July too. But, when I demanded my salary, they came up with many excuses. I was working full time even after the Covid-19 situation for the school from home. I took care of all the things demanded by the management which includes parents’ enquiry, managing online classes, coordinating with all the stakeholders Etc. There was not even a single complaint about me. This is completely unprofessional and shows the lack of integrity. They promised their employees to give an increment after 6 months but it never happened. Parents think before you admit your child in this school. There are many things regarding discipline which I can't describe here. I know that school management will not take this feedback positively and will not work on it.

School is good. And Now they have started to check notebooks also. That is good thing. Just one thing. Management should reduce the fees little bit.

Hello , I am Smita , I am working here last 2 years . I like this school . Snbp is a very good school in manjari area . Schools director sir and president ma'am and co-ordinater ma'am are very co- Operative and helpful . Excellent! It one kind of good experience in SNBP'S International School Manjri. All my coligues were very supportive. Work life is very good. . Job is interesting and I really enjoyed it. Knowledge work, skills development, improvement, stress free automsphare. My 6th job in my life. Had a great time in this organisation. I took my first step of career with SNBP'S International School Manjri. Thank you

Teaching staff good but in administration everybody is confused about what to do... For my son I gave application for Leaving Certificate then they ask to come after 4 days later, when I visit again to collect LC they said no application given for it and need to give application for same. It's horrible that if you took some responsibility then how you can not carry it. After long waiting they gave me my son LC without SARAL ID.....and ask me to call back if other school will ask for SARAL ID... what is this??

A very good school to start with. The infrastructure is nice. They are maintaining it satisfactorily. Admin dept is very humble and proffesionalism is there in their work. Overall ambience of the school is nice. If you are a new to teaching field then you can get nice experiences here. There is freedom to apply your new ideas and new teaching methods. As a parent you can enroll your students here. The school Will take good care of them. If you have bright child then his growth will be possible here. It's a school in mundhwa-manjari area which has caring and nice teaching staff. They absolutely adore the students. They can be a little more technosavy if given some freedom and encouragement. Overall it's emerging yet very nice school.

The S.N.BP’s School is providing all good opportunities for their employees and also has a very supportive environment. Management has taken good care of all the employees in the pandemic by their support and encouragement. S.N.B.p’s is very good school with excellent infrastructure. The class rooms are so spacious and well ventilated. The staff there is amazing You feel comfortable speaking to them and they listen to you patiently. The sports ground is big. The experience is very good and full marks to the entire staff.
