★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from sndl. On 25th There was power cut since morning 5.00, complaint was registered on toll free no. But nobody attended the fault till 13.00 hrs. Toll free nos.also unresponsive. Nobody is going to register complaint. Zero stars from my side. Today also there is no supply but nobody yet attended the complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience... Since night here is no power supply. I tried to complaint in toll free number and customer care number but no one received call. And alternative power supply cut every time for whole day or 6 to 7 hrs. What we do..please solve our problem help us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Providing worst service since Lockdown. Power cut at any time without even thinking that everyone is working from home, WiFi and all other equipments need electricity. At least fix some time and inform the people so that they can plan daily routine accordingly. Since after lockdown all factories and shops are closed, still why there is a need of power cut. At least think about people working from home. SNDL service makes No sense means without any reason or proper planning, doing Power cut. Very much frustrated due to such irresponsible behaviour of SNDL service.
