Bad construction quality and worst after-sales experience.
Takes interest on delayed payments without giving receipts.
Has frequent tax raids at his offices.
Takes double the promised time to give property possession.
Dosent pay his contractors and sub-contractors on time due to which they compromise on construction quality.
Have personally experienced it since I hold a flat in Sneha Paradise, one of his schemes.
The building adjacent to our building constructed by him had no electricity for 3 months post-possession.
Has a bad reputation in the whole of Warje area among buyers, contractors and dealers.
Please( I repeat please) donβt book a flat in his scheme.
If you have already booked a property with him, then you will experience his fraudulent attitude sooner or later.

Booked 2 Flats at Warje (@ Sneha Paradise) 2 years back... till today nothing is there on the site.... advance payment given still not given back....says his accounts are sealed, IT issues etc... really don't know how to get my money back.... Big amount is invested by booking 2 flats... at Sneha Paradise...I suggest all of you not to Book at any cost with this builder. He has World's Worst Employees!
