★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No bill. I got my gas geyser serviced. They charged 500 which is very high, but they did not provided bill. Even after asking also they are not ready to give bill. No bill no tax is their system of working. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually use V guard products at home. This is regarding the electric geyser, the service I got very very recently. We complained for the first time and the service was just ok ok, product stopped working the very next day. After a week second complaint, same thing repeated. Now no response from the service centre for the third complaint (replacement). Similar kind was experienced before 7 months on a submersible pump, they couldn't fix (2-services) so we went for replacement. Things started working only after that.
My suggestion is that, if you need in tumkur, better not to use V- guard products because of its careless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Tumkur, showing rude behavior in phone calls. They are not giving respect in phone calls, they are talking rudely and showing there irresponsibility in their work. Please V guard company look at the irresponsible workers in Tumkur office especially woman, who pick up the calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I've been trying to repair my Electric Geyser (V Guard) since two months. There has been no response. The mobile number given in the website is answered politely by a gentleman or a lady. But they don't show any commitments to send an engineer. One engineer Mr Krishna was assigned to me. I've tried reaching him at least 20 times in ten days. He too needs to seriously improve his commitment to his work. He never kept up his word to repair my geyser. Finally my complaint was closed though my problem was never ever attended to. I tried to activate my request again. But again none picks the call. Feed up with this service centre.
I shall try looking for service in Bangalore.
If there is warranty by the company it's the duty of V Guard to repair a faulty geyser.
Pathetic attitude ?
I request V Guard to stop manufacturing Electric Geysers.
