1 BHK are really small not properly ventilated.
Be aware, Don't expect any Amenities, Builder staff is pathetic..they will behave properly till you buy house.But after purchase don't pay attention to your issues..don't answer calls..you have nobody to go to.
Few residents themselves made mutual committee trying to resolve issues by shelling out money from own pockets. No completion till date...water sippage issues from bathroom walls due to poor waterproofing..electrical issues.
