★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever, worst service ever I have been asking them to give me the copy of my bill and they are not even receiving my call no matter how many times I call, they just won't pick it up or give me the bill.
I even went to their store and they asked me for my number and said they will call me. how long does it takes to get an email attached with the copy of the bill?

And please compare the prices before going, they always charge you higher prices , and after sales service is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered Samsung washing machine 2 sets,
Got delivered after 2 days saying that machine will be pitty pack direct from godown,
Unsatisfied with the service becaz one set was returned at the same time becaz dey gave me the same machine which was in the showroom display ( checked the serial number ),
2nd machine later we realize that even it was not brand new , we can see from the glass door which was not sealed like how we buy new mobile so der is screen protector from the company dis was missing on the machine door,
The salesman was big lier giving fake promises and fake service,
Will never ever go again or do shopping in any of the snehanjali also will not recommend any of my friends!
Very much disappointed Guyzzz ,
Customer satisfaction is very much important now a days even i work in hospitality industry so i know the value of customer service!
You need to work on this !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a Kelvinator Fridge on 3 rd March 2022 from SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS,Station Road, Mira Road (east) and I am extremely sorry for falling into wrong hands. The salesman Mr. Deepak Anna Mahamunkar forgot to tell us that Single door fridge does not have auto defrost feature in it . This is our third complaint for it in just a period of less than two months during which we had been extremely troubled and tortured because of Deepak's fault.
After purchase we had not taken the delivery as it was to be brought to Dadar, our second home, after 10-12 days. It was only when we installed it we noticed that it did not have in-built auto
defrost system. If it had been once told to us by the salesman while we had still been choosing between single and double door fridges, we certainly would never have purchased it. We had never been informed about it by the salesman while talking to us. Our only idea behind thinking of buying a single door was because it was to be kept in our second home where only daughter was supposed to live alone most of the time.He committed the blunder by hiding this major fact.
Our torture does not end here. Secondly and more distressingly the fridge is not functioning properly from the very first day. It is not producing Ice and eatables and milk stored in it get rotten or spoiled so often. We have tried and adjusted the cooling temparature to make it right but either it doesn't make ice or if it makes, the freezer turns into iceburg to this extent that even it's door get jammed with hard layer of ice. Reliance sent its mechanic to rectify its fault, but it remains the same. I keep complaining to the dealer in Mira road (Snehanjali) but to no use.
They only keep saying the same routine lines like "decrease the temparature" or " increase temparature and see". We are fed-up of complaining everyday to them. We are sure that it is not going to be functioning right.There is something drastically wrong with it which can not be rectified.
Donot recommend any purchase from SNEHANJALI! No ownership of their fault , no effort to correct
