★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Purchased Sony OLED TV KD -65A8G SERIAL NUMBER 8002294 on March 01, 2020 from Snehanjali Electronics And Trading PVT LTD in Kandivali (West) (invoice Attached). In month of April (during lockdown) I use to get error messages of image retention (Image 1 ). During lockdown I had called Sony but they had informed we can’t send anyone right now. Almost when lockdown opened I had called up Sony customer care (month ago 15/09/2020) my customer id was 61895322 they requested to do a Panel Refresh and when technician came next day he said it’s impossible to get the such error message in a brand-new TV. One of the Technicians said that they may have given you the old piece. After doing panel refresh in Month of September 15thI again got the error on September 28, (Image 2) and again I got the error on October 13, approx. after every 15 days am getting this error. Again I raised an complain on October 13 with Snehanjali Electronics And Trading PVT LTD in Kandivali (West) and they internally raised an complain, & one of the technicians came did a factory reset On October 15th and he said the error message won’t come, after few days again I got the same error again technicians came to do a Self Check ( Refer to Images 3 to 9) After spending Rs 222, 000 and that to on Brand Like Sony.
I am very much disappointed with such a reputed brand. I need necessary action I would request you to please help me on the same and resolve it at the earliest.
DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM SNEHANJALI Electronics And Trading PVT LTD. I HAD PURCHASED THE PRODUCT ON MARCH 01, 2020 AND THEY GAVE ME A PRODUCT OF 2018 WHICH MAYBE A SHOWROOM PIECE. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CHEATERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service and clarity. Some senior or owner of store visited and the sales person for the fifth time called to come and visit and buy the product with some special discount for 25th Dec. However, there was no specific discount, store had no available inventory. loose comments from the senior or owner regarding customers describing customers in a bad way. First you call up a customer to sell desperately while you don't even know what you are selling, it's availability or firm price on whicn you want to offer. Sales person was offering a display product in the end.

Charged almost Rs. 4000 per A/C for installation.
Had to remind multiple times for installation of Smart TV.
Very much casual approach to the customers.
Very few varieties in each electronics category.
Think twice before entering......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID SHOPPING HERE. I am massively disappointed with the overall experience.
Check other reviews. Same story. They charge very much for installations, won't tell you before hand about charges on your payments, and give you false promises.
I booked an Air Conditioner, they promised to provide additional discount on installation charges but later refused. They also misled us with No Cost EMIs. I suggest you ask everything to be written down or they will just not follow up on their promises.
They try to use cheap tactics to sell and most often you would feel cheated. It's better to buy off from Online Stores or Croma and Vijay Sales. They have similar pricing and much honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after service experience. I called them a week ago about a leaking problem on my new air conditioner that I bought from them. It's been more than a week they are still arranging engineer. They give you false hope that we will deal with your complaints within 24 hours when you shop, but after you shop, they just care less about customers. No response from them till date. hence writing this review. Think twice before buying from them.

Seller/owner says it says... Out of stock...please Avoid shopping from here... Fraudster... Even though it was an online order... Big Fraudster... Cheaters
