★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small is beautiful. only 64 flats distributed in two apartments separated by evergreen lawn and green foliage. Being small is certainly beneficial, with more space and ventilation, but the RWA is always short of funds, which is a minus point, but plus point is caring members of RWA, even if they are tight fisted..Members of this society need to create a good corpus.
Diversity of people from various areas and age group is certainly an advantage for everyone. A very Good place to live peacefully.
