★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a fresh graduate looking for your first job, consider looking elsewhere. SNic India makes you sign a 2 year service bond. Meaning, you can't quit for 2 years without paying a "penalty" of Rs. 60,000 along with a 3 month notice period. You don't get paid for overtime either, which happens a lot.
Any company that asks you to sign a bond is most likely-
a) looking to exploit you to the hilt and extract maximum profits through your hard work
b) facing issues with employee retention, for which the root cause is bad work culture and pay
