2) There is a separate section for crossfit training and it's really spacious, plus they have pretty much all the equipments.
3) The staff is professional and helpful. The overall environment is quite ideal for workout.
4) The equipments are in good shape.
5) Remains open from 6am-1pm and then 4pm-10pm. So quite flexible you can be if your shift timings often changes.
