★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all..enter Raj spiritua ..as another apartment only...but the way Mr.Prakash ,sales manager at site held our hand.. understood our requirements and matched this place ..as though it was built to suit ..s amazing..And ofcourse the MD sir..at this young age..with lot of responsibilities...bends down ..meet our requirements..and lo the sale happend..

And ofcourse thanks Prakash sir..if not for u ..we would have moved ON and ON searching ..for a place to live in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is awesome. Located between Jp nagar and Banashankari Metro station. Well connected across Bangalore because of Metro. Builder has designed the layout very well and used high end fixtures, flooring and Bathroom fixtures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tastefully designed common areas. The lobbies, pool area and the function Hall on the terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of Bangalore... so elegantly done, it feels like you’re walking around a luxury hotel.
The interiors of the apartments are also fitted with high quality materials. The marble flooring is beautiful, and the little extras like glass partitions and motion sensors in the bathrooms set these flats apart. They’ve given a provision to install motorised curtains if the owner so desires. One more little attention to detail that is commendable is, all the door frames in the house are lined with a cushion like strip which prevents damage from the doors being shut repeatedly.
Parking is stacked, like in malls, which is great idea to utilise space considering how a lot of families have more than one car nowadays.
The only disadvantage is the apartments proximity to the market area which is usually unsightly and full of garbage most of the time. However the advantage is that it is equidistant to both Banashankari and JP nagar metro stations, at a comfortable walking distance of about 0.5km.
But to have a flat of such quality in an area like JP nagar which is already quite saturated residentially and also expanding in terms of commercial value...I suppose one will have to make a few compromises.

The view from the apartment is beautiful n metro trains are seen from the balcony Metro station is in walkable distance . Mr Prakash the manager is very humble polite n resourceful Overall a statement of luxury, worth a look . Personally would recommend this property over any other One of best property in Bangalore
