★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. A guy named samar came for installation from snow cool center. Charged 4000 for each split AC( much higher than expected). Got a non-Voltas ac also repaired by samar pratap. He charged 2500 for it and ac didn't work for a single day after it got repaired by him. When I called him he said that we don't guarantee for one month. Such a pathetic guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a 'ao smith' water heater installed today and the way it was installed, I am shocked. The service person just drilled the wall and the dust is all around. He installed like a local mechanic having lowest service standards.
We have installed appliances in the past as well but other companies including LG and Samsung have such high standards of working that they don't allow dust to fall on ground or atleast ensure that minimum dust falls on the ground.
I am very much disappointed after taking your service.
Thanks for such pathetic service and showing your lowest standards set.
May be customer is not a priority for you and just selling water heater at store is.
