★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular at this store which is a must goto place for my girlfriend for all her shopping needs. The management is super friendly. They ensure their stuff is the trendiest whilst not denting the pocket. I would be thrilled to see them open up more branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bad shopping experience. The owner is not customer friendly. The collection was not great. Amongst all the available clothes, there was just one dress which I liked and bought. Reached home to check that dress, I realise the zip provided was of extremely poor quality. Overall by my experience, I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit that place unless u have got cash to buy any trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, the quality of the clothes is doubtful. Not sure where it is being sourced. I tried giving feedback to the manager on a poor quality product but was told no exchange and he was cryptic on the sourcing. I later tried sharing feedback on instagram and was promptly blocked. I guess there’s decent stuff here if you hunt but don’t expect it to last and if anything is poor quality or damaged don’t expect service or exchange. My only advice - try listening to your customers instead of shutting them down - might be more fruitful in the long run! :) People in Mumbai have a choice on where to shop. If you want them to come to your store keep in mind how you treat your customers!!!
