common area designing and lightening will gives rich look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 3BHK in this project, very nice in all aspects, before corona I was put under pressure for final settlements of pending amount, finally settled with additional interest, got the keys of my unit A1171, but till today nobody bothers for my unit registration, if I call any staff of Sobha, no one is picking my call, I don’t know the exact reason. Also rain water seepage from all the roadside windows. Till today car parking slots is also not allotted. Now my bankers are putting pressure on me for the sale deed of my unit. I am really worried a lot. All are proven for payment collectors. No Humanity is observed in my transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very posh apartments worth the money, best quality apartments no question on the Brand Sobha. but surrounding areas is not that good, especially the front main road too narrow and heavy traffic jams through out the day... They should do something about it.. Also try Infiniti apartment comparatively better value for money for the same list of amenities..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my recent experience ,its just horrible!!!!!!Dont trust these people with your registration. They dont give time until the full amount is paid ,also if u want to cancel the agreement , these people will not refund the amount unless we approach higher authorities .We had a disastrous experience with sobha clovelly . Still waiting for our amount to be refunded!! They dont do what they say .property is really nice with great view but money wise ,not the best option in my opinion .they were really nice at first and now i feel it was all a ruse in the name of money.

No traffic , which makes it more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobha is a clear avoid, for Investors or new home buyer's.
The construction quality of Sobha is said to be the best among all builders in Bangalore, but that's not true anymore. Please find pictures of the property which indicate how terrible you will feel after buying a so-called luxurious apartment. Also, the road in the front is very narrow, with school in the corner, which will bottleneck traffic most of the time. What's the point of luxury when the approach road is terrible.
