★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Sobha Moonstone apartments. The apartment looks good from the outside but the interiors and fittings are crumbling already. They are not strong enough to last wear and tear. I used to enjoy the lake view and the quiet on the upper floor but nowadays it has become too noisy with roadwork and construction around the building and restless people doing lots of drilling and hammering. The atmosphere is very dry and dusty, with white floors making it very difficult to maintain. There is a constant battle with bees,pigeons and their nests. The security guys don’t respect boundaries. They also lie a lot. They have signed packages in my name and tried to retain them. The only good thing about this place must be the cleanliness, the maintenance crew of women do a good job and deserve better. The natural lighting and good air circulation is a positive too.
