It's present very close to Yemlur Junction.
Houses are very beautifully constructed.
Surrounded with amazing well maintained garden.
Parking facility is available for visitors also.
There is a separate My gate app which is used by all the residents, that can permit the entry of visitors into the apartment through an PTP without any Hassle.
Tight security is present.
Play area for kids is also available.
One of the most beautiful places to reside IN Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property location that was advertised as new Indiranagar, faces HAL airport runway on one side and an open Nalla (sewage) on the other side. Be prepared to experience loud noise when defence aircrafts at HAL (old) airport takes off (sometimes more frequently) and stinking smell due to open Nalla. Mosquito problem is quite unimaginable; hard to walk in the evening in the community and quite a few mosquito make into the flats as well making a peaceful sleep impossible. Tennis court is quite mediocre – failing lights, poor amenities and frequent loss of balls as some land in the adjacent swimming pool or the adjacent nalla. Don’t be surprised when you run into dog poop once in a while.
Added to this is exorbitant price for renting a small club house (Rs 4000 for 8 hours); unheard of such pricing in other communities with better facilities. Acoustics of the club house is terrible too. All these makes this property an exorbitantly priced property for purchase and rents were maintained artificially high too, around Rs70K/month. Some recent tenants have moved in at Rs 55K/month and wont be surprised if it drifts further lower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exquisite and lavish condos and apartment near HAL Airport and Yumlur Junction cross. Exorbitant apartment are big and well planned. Given the proximity to major IT companies in the area this is sought after residential building in the area. Lots of good facilities outside, only drawback is nearby Airport as well as sewer lines which might be creating noise pollution as well as air pollution respectively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property costs are very high. Upwards of 70k per month. There is an open sewage running behind the apartments as seen in below photos. Foul smells is prevalent with mosquitoes. Also in the front is HAL airport with loud noises day and night during aircraft takeoff and landing. Recently the Mirage aircraft crashed around the airport. I think this is not a good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived in this community for over three years and had a great time here. Property is equipped with a great gym, pool, tennis court, Badmiton court, Basketball, cricket, squash and table tennis. The property also has a play area for pets and Lovely gardens to walk around. The proximity to the old airport has not been an issue for us as we have not seen more than 3-4 flights in a normal day which lasts for about 5 seconds max. I have not had major issues working from home for over a year now. The problem of the open drain faced by the upper floor residents has also been greatly resolved after the boundary walls were raised with creepers on top. BBMP has also cleaned up the area around the building.
