★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had been to your store. I had shopped in the past well. So your sales guys came attacking us before we stepped in. So what happened was they asked to use to sanitizer. I said no for some reason . See the audacity of your sales guy he is telling me THERE IS A CAMERA? What does that mean? Is this way your sales guy treat customers!There are others way he could deal the situation
Is he paying my bill or he thinks I’m going to steel something ? And then I replied I’m not coming inside . The one more guy is like YA OK!!! Really! ? Great customer service. Basically your sales guy don’t care customer walk away
It’s threatening how your sales guy ! I recommend not to enter the stores ! Because u have to obey them if not camera is there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was understaffed during our visit. The person assisting us told us that they can alter the dresses to our size before purchase and didnt bother to stay with us during purchase. After making the purchase, they went back on their word and mentioned that they cannot alter the dress to the right fit. When asked for refund, they said they cannot refund us due to company policy and asked us to exchange instead. We had to argue a lot and come back after 2 days to get the refund on 1 dress. The other two dresses were also not altered with the right fitting. Overall very disappointed with the experience.
