★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop executives don't know what needs to be done and no good service at all.
The product after the said alterations done is very very bad. They have not altered what they have told. And before purchasing we asked can the alteration be done in one hour, the executive very enthusiastically told yes sir. Then after billing he says sir please collect the next day. What nonsense is this.
And when we had a trail at home they have not even done 10% of what told. This is just pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill # A64CM04466 , made a purchase worth 15k and for my utter surprise the cloths being sold here looks like used one full of dirt and other marks and after billing if i inform to get it clean even after waiting for 4 days , and they have forgotten that they dealing with SOCH brand, treating customers in their own way ..
I strictly don't recommend anyone to this SOCH OUTLET and get fooled after paying so much buying dirty cloths

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased many dresses from soch. Yesterday I visited soch showroom in new bel road, there is this one lady in staff, behaving very rudely with us. She was insulting us as we didn't purchase any dress. She is neither showing us any dresses nor allowing us to see. Very irresponsible staff at soch. Recommend not to visit new bel road soch showroom.
