Review:
Hello the CEO if you are reading this please consider...
I was not going to do this review but after sharing my experience with my college co-ordinator he forced me to do this...
My interview was scheduled in your company...
Following that I reached there; gave interview...
He interviewed me on web development domain majorly...
He asked me can you do self learning and can you develop a website on your own...
I replied positively.
Then in a while after asking with the HR he told that our HR will have discussion with you in a while...
Then she started "HR round" she asked me weather do you expect some stipend from our side, I said yes.
She asked me how much I asked what are your standards...
Then she told that you will get stipend of 3K per month?.
[Yeah, 3k per month]
I said OK.
Then she said that it will be lump sum means you will get this all together at end means as you are here for 6 months internship so that means 3*6=18000k in total.
I said OK fine, I will give my confirmation within 2 days.
Then after 2 days I called HR and said that my college co-ordinator isn't allowing me to do that considering following parameters :
1.Location(to long from where I stay)..{I would have managed that but in 3k it's not possible to manage}
2.Low stipend
3.Lump sum
I told her that many companies visit our college for hiring interns and even small start-ups with 10-15 people which visited provided minimum 20k stipend.

Now here's the thing she replied, "What how much!!?" , I said 20k.
She just told me ok,fine, thank you and ended the call....
So this is the thing, why my co-ordinator forced me to do this(and I will tell you he's very professional, experienced and serious about this issues.He literally searched about your company in deep and also about background of CEO.I am writing this review infront of him and he's guiding me in it. He is very kind and helpful and he never tolerates intolerance with students.)
The HR in last should have atleast replied that sorry we cannot negotiate or sorry these are our company standards so we can't negotiate;she just aborted the call.
Though our college has good companies they allow us to search Internships on our own and thus, on internet when I saw you reviews, it was highly rated so I applied here.
But now I get that are forced(artificial) reviews.
Sorry for inconvenience, but think of it, I wasted my time in writing this and this should not happen with anyone else.
