★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It remains 16×7 open even on holidays. Individual desk, book shelf, locker and charging socket is provided for everyone. CCTV cameras are placed everywhere. Environment remains calm and supports uninterruptible studying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good study environment. It is the first library in Bhubaneswar which provide 16*7 hours study environment. The owner is very cooperative and supportive. Fees are also affordable in comparison in other library. AC and NON AC both available.

New rooms are also in construction. My overall experience is very gd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The caretaker is very ill mannered and argumentative. They don't refund the security deposit. I informed before the start of the month for discontinuation. But the care taker Manas argued with me and didn't refund the security deposit claiming i should have informed him about my discontinuation 15days prior to leaving. During admission no one had informed me about such a rule. Secondly The bathroom is very untidy and unhygienic. It is hardly cleaned.
Response: To your ask if leave application. I was never put in any telegram group nor was made aware of any leave application. You can check in your telegram group. The security deposit may not be big but the way I was bluffed and instead of talking politely the way the care taker Manas argued with me. That's the reason of my resentment.
