From Saturday 21st of April at night i was not being able to access my internet and today Tuesday morning almost 58 hours but still there is no internet connection. I called them many times and they said the problem will be solved within few hours but still 58 hours and no connection. And this is not the first time they have problem almost every day. So think before you take aliance connection. Worst ever....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very frustrating to say that without any natural calamities also Alliance is not able to provide us the minimum stable service.
It's been already 9 hours and no internet connection. After informing several times no such positive response is coming. You are also following up with your peers wheather they are available to provide the service or not. No one is taking the initiative to solve, everyone is busy to log the ticket only and that's it from their end. It is really very disappointing from Alliance customer care. Only raising tickets is not a solution. Local service provider is refusing to come and talking very rudely which is not at all acceptable. Can you please let us know what the issue is? Did you guys not get the enough time to solve the issue or not that much proficient? Pathetic unprofessional service
