Don't fall for other fake reviews. The business does not even exist at the mentioned address. He will pick your laptop from your home and there is no guarantee that he will give it back! I had to take help from the police and consumer helpline number to get my laptop back from this guy. I initially ordered a TOUCH screen (FHD) for the Lenovo Yoga 520 laptop from Ankush Chakraborty (fake shop-owner). He charged 17400 for it. And told it will take 2-3 days to deliver. I had to pay an advance payment of 7000. He picked the laptop from home. He did not give any receipt. After that for 10 days he kept telling me that the screen is not available in the market. And it is available nowhere so I'll have to take a non-touch screen. I got convinced at first and ordered a non-touch screen over the phone. Then I tried to call another shop and figured that the screen was available at other shops. Just after ordering orally over the phone, I called him again to cancel the non-touch screen. Because the touch screen was available at other shops. But this guy refused by saying that because I ordered once I am not allowed to cancel it. As he already ordered from a dealer, he does not want to go through the headache of cancelling it. I tried to convince him not to attach that screen to my laptop many times. That screen was with the dealer then also when I was cancelling the order. It did not even leave the shop of the dealer. It had been just 10 minutes. But the guy(Ankush Chakraborty) refused. I had to go to the police for help. But I did not get much help because he flew out of town with my laptop. And kept saying that the screen is already attached. I will have to pay 3000 more to get my laptop back. (note: 7000 already paid before) He will deliver the laptop 2 days later. If I agree. Or he will not give my laptop back. I tried to go to his shop at the mentioned address. There was no shop at all. And nobody knew any person named Ankush Chakraborty there. Totally fraud! Police suggested that I agree with him in order to get the laptop worth 60000 back. And then take action against him at the consumer court. I filed a GD too against this guy. I followed the instructions given by the police. I got my laptop back two days after that with a broken lower panel. Screws lost. Sides of the screen broken! And then a rubber pasted with glue on it to cover them. This guy attached that non-touch screen to my laptop anyway and took my 7000 rs too. I did not pay him 3000 any more (suggested by police). This screen is not even FHD. He attached a local cheap product and charged me. This guy tried to steal my laptop and threatened me that he would not give my laptop back. He abused me and my family members too. I had to run to the police station to stop this guy. There the police suggested me not to pay him any more and file a case against him. Now I have to fight against this guy at consumer court! So be aware! Do not fall for other fake reviews!

Number one fraud! Do not fall for fake reviews. I had to take help of police to get my laptop back from him. The fraud person's name is : Ankush Chakraborty There is no shop at the mentioned address. He picks up laptop from home and then you might never see it again. You will have to go through police to get it back. He also damages the laptop.

Worst experience. They destroyed the cable and the motherboard and charged 1200 for the same. Dont have even minimum knowledge for the profession they are doing. Edit 1: On response to the computer center, I want to tell.. who charges rs 1200 for Ubuntu installation?? It is charged maximum 300 rupees. On the top of that they destroyed my laptop screen and burnt the cable. I am charged 5000 rupees bcoz of them from my company because of the damages done to office laptop. Please don't fall on the fake reviews. They are worse than theives.
