★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very beautiful but when it rains heavily, the place gets flooded almost above the knee.The current trafficking system is very nice. There are two petrol pumps on both sides of the road and rows of different shops. From here you can see rows of flower shops on the way to Sodpur rail station.

Facia of Municipality deserve ten out of ten.
Appreciate if more Pay n Use toilets can be created in every 200 Mtr. distance.
Service roads should be free from encroachment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An important junction where the Sodepur Madhyamgram road meets the BT Road. Many big food joints have opened their outlets here. Merlin group, Godrej realties and many well known builders have come up with their projects. From here one can reach the Panihati ferry ghat. The Panihati municaplity office is jest beside.

4 refueling stations towards Barrackpore lane, while only one on the other side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very important place in Sodpur. The signal and traffic police are very strict as this is a 4 way crossing. Shopping malls, food stalls and other important complexes are all nearby. Great place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful area. Good for communication. You can go to Barrackpore on the north, and to Kolkata via Dunlop on the south, towards Madhyamgram and Barasat on the east and towards Panihati Ganga ghat on the west.
