environment is too pathetic, HR is to much irresponsible, arrogant...
They were declared the Ex-gratia 18% in Sep 21 with commitment of paying 8% in same month & remaining 8% mar 22 when I left the organisation I had asked for remaining 8% they were like now you are not applicable for this....
Ex-gratia was declared for Previous Financial year I had worked full year for them now I baring the loss...
They having biased policy f of employment (against employees)
Please Guys do not work for this organisation or group companies
I got thred call from here as "if you don't remove review then we will contact your current employer and create problems for you"
