Quality of the material is very bad. I have buyed my order from Flipkart, the foam which they used got damaged within 3 days only.
Calling to Customer care is never responsive.
They say that the technician will visit your place within 2-3 days but the technician never come.
Please its my suggestion not to buy from this dealer. Its just wastage of your money

Had the worst experience of buying furniture from them. Ordered an L-shape sofa, which was delivered in a very bad condition, torn from the corner back, full of dust, no shine, appear as if it's too old or 2nd hand product which is refurbished and sold. Service is the worst, the delivery person dropped it in the parking lot, and I had to hire and pay other workers to get it to the 4th floor that too via lift. The seller doesn't seem to be bothered by customer experience as I raised the complaint thrice but no action was taken. The furniture that they are selling is available at half the price they are selling it for. I bought it for 20500 and got to know that it's available for 8000-9000 in local market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends stay away from this company. They sell faulty products and don't provide after delivery service. They even mention that the product has warranty but they don't follow their guidelines. I bought Bharat Lifestyle sofa worth 17K via Flipkart and it has multiple issues (Torn fabric, Spring issues and Foam Issues). I reported issues 5-6 times and they closed the case without even looking into it. Now I lost hope that they will ever look into the issues. These guys should be dragged to Consumer Court and ask to pay penalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received this 5 Seator Sofa on 1st Nov with Damaged & 1 Pillow was missing through Flipkart, till now am i have not received the replacement & am keep on calling the supplier & Flipkart, till now they are keep on dragging to send the Technician for the replacement, & the Sofa looks like 2nd Handle, kindly do not waste your Money. It is totally waste of Time & Money, do not buy anything with this supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in cheap defective product plus people providing customer support and service are highly rude. They make you wait for days and confuse in ways as to how they are planning to fix the problem.Refund or replacement they are not agreeing to send a formal receipt or mail about. The person from head office of the brand i was conversing on watsapp said that the watsapp conversation is itself formal confirmation. And made a couple of rude statements when asked for a receipt for replacement of sofa. Now i am stuck with a brand new sofa with a totally broken back support. Flipkart shouldn't associate with such sellers and drop its reputation. Being a loyal customer of flipkart i m highly disappointed. Untrustworthy and unreliable is what Bharat life style is.

Flipkart ke jariye maine 40000/- ka sofa received kiya jinke seller bharat furniture hai aur policy ki help lekar apne defective product ko return nahi kar rahe hai
The sofa set 6 seater I have received is not good, not sharp from edges, it has lots of alignment issues, torn up from many places, wrinkles, scratches. Also to surprise, they has paper kind cloth wrapped in bottom, which they staple and not even pinned which was already broken and completely torn from almost all the bottom.
I am really stressed and people at home are yelling at me like anything that why I ordered this, I am completely broken and mentally stressed to see what kind of product Bharat furniture has delivered to me.
It's my request kindly return this defective sofa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better buy furniture from a roadside open shop. They would provide a better service. Bharat Lifestyle will make you feel like a king when you go to buy something. But once you ask them for after sales service/warranty, they would start showing their real colors. I am going for one last try to contact them about warranty before initiating going to the legal route. I would prefer spending time and money in a consumer court rather than paying these idiots for service (which I deserve for free).
