★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not providing legit bills, there machine is not working from a long time, they don’t own a bill book. They were just writing down the amount and giving a piece of paper. I had to waste 1/2 hour just to get a bill.

They disrespect the customer if the item purchased is low cost and often say that the item is out of stock so that they don't have to get up and pick the item up from the shelf. It happened to me multiple times as I visited there because it was the only place open at that time nearby. Last I went there for an icecream and the staff said they will give the icecream only if I am purchasing a family-pack else they are not interested in opening the freezer for one icecream-cup, while I could literally see freezers full of icecream cups. This is horrible customer service. They start forcing the customers for a costlier alternative of the product being asked for. The owner looks like totally unaware of the situation. I am never visiting the store again. Wouldn't recommend anyone either. All they do is flaunt costly products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is really amazing and it has humongous variety of snack items, beverages and chocolates etc. Delicious Amul ice cream flavours and the premium range in ice cream i.e The London dairy is also available❤️. The products range here at this store are rare to find in any other store in the city so under one roof one can get whole lot of stuffs.
