★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a good shop until the owner let a jerk service boy run the shop. The same guy screwed up my computer by short circuiting with a faulty smps which broke my motherboard and processor at the same time. And after that they stopped providing on site service to me. Even after numerous calls, they always show some excuse of not visiting. They only want money but will lose there customer base soon as there service has deteriorated. And the discounts they give are fake as they purposely increase the price of a product and then give discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the services of this shop for the last 3-4 yrs but it had never been this bad. They took Rs 700 for basic servicing of my laptop but did not do anything at all. The laptop is not only overheating post the service but is also shutting down frequently. I would not recommend this shop to anyone now. They simply cheated me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had, having being a tech savvy person for over 20 years. My DELL laptop had keyboard and speaker issues. They had asked me to keep the laptop with them for 2 days, with a vow to fix both. They even quoted a price for the said work. When I went to collect the laptop from them after two days, they could not fix the speaker. They asked me to keep the laptop for another day, saying that DELL does not provide original speakers for replacement, which is very much a lie. Then they were pushing me to install a duplicate compatible speaker at a price that was higher than their original quote. The keyboard that they installed is also messy. Most of the keys do not work. Overall prices are way too higher than other service centers, computer spare parts shops.
