The management has been open and very clear about changes, all in an effort to keep everyone safe and employed. The management is strong and has a great vision for the company. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i worked more than 3 years in SoftGrid Computers Pvt Ltd. and when i was joined SoftGrid Computers Pvt Ltd then in my joining letter he has mentioned that notice period is 1 month. but after 3 year he send one mail that from today notice period will be 3 month. so i resiged from SoftGrid Computers Pvt Ltd and i complete my 1 month notice period. but on the second last day of my office he told me that he will not give me my all remaning one and half month salary because i did not complete 3 month notice period.
and when i ask with HR regarding this policy so she giving me rubbis reasion.
as if
you did not take any objection when we change alternet saterday off policy to 5 days.
you did not take any objection when we shift over office from sapna sangita to IT park. you happily followed that policy.
i also told to here that if you told me before, that if i follow this new policy so i have to follow 3 month notice period policy also .then so i do not accept this policy also. but still they are not giving my salary they showed there real face in the end.
don't belive what they are saying or what they are giving in writen on joining time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say what it was before as another one has reviewed this company as worst one, but while I have been working here since 13 days as digital marketing director, nothing is needed to say about the infrastructure; it is obvious from its location - Atulya IT Park (inside the leading IT zone in Indore). What a company pays as maintenance expenses here, another company can find its existence within that amount at any prime street located building.
From environment point of view, Softgrid Computers is tough systematic, disciplined, punctual in entry as well as signing out for the day (even managers ask not to sit late) yet fun filling and celebrating family type. Though the salary was started at very low rate for me, I only joined this company for its location and infrastructure priority. Management personnel are very cooperative and understanding having availed a best HR personnel too (Mrs. Nidhi Jain) at the same time. By far, I'm enjoying my working environment given by the Company not less than a sober family.
Last but not least, at the same time, I can see keenly from my personal point of view in reference and contrast to that unsatisfied guy (Ricky's -ve comment) that if that interviewing candidate's feedback has been true, it's a good sign for my employment with them - that the company is growing with a consistent attitude with their old but stubborn employees, some with 10yrs, sm with 7yrs, sm with 6yrs and counting. It seems like the growth has been steady since 10 years but consistent which seems now from to be multiplied in Geometric Progression mode with its recent relocation to Atulya IT Park. Happy to post some outsider and insider but fun-filling photos at the same time!
