I have given interviews 3 times: 1) 2 round telephonic round approximate 30 minutes 2) 1 round face to face round approximate 1:45 minutes Everything is find but They have put me on hold . I don't know but They are very confuse. They are waste my time.

Very Good Organization in tricity. Working in good technologies and have good resources. This organization knows how to pamper employees.

Bad experience of interview. They rejected me because of my maternity gap while I cleared the technical rounds.

Pathetic company . The person who took my interview for system admin profile is the worst person I ever meet in my life totally unprofessional and the person don't not know how to take interview and talk in professional way I never put a negative review but I think I have to make negative comment for that because it save the time of some other person the interver thinks like he is the one who is running the world but in reality he now nothing about Linux and have zero knowledge morover he didn't know how to behave with other person I think he should take some classes or training of behaviour modification. And the HR people are really bad I mean really bad they aduse you with there bad language. Waste my whole day and my positive attitude of learning. Thanks

Worst Company.. they take my interview telephone round, (round clear).. after that give me a PSD no mention what to do, I did HTML(round clear), after that they ask this is for Redesign Not for HTML... (BHAI PSD KON DENA KISI SITE KI REDESIGN KRNE K LIYE.. REDESIGN KRNA HAI TO LIVE LINK DO YA JPG DO) I have also done the graphic task, after that. NO FEEDBACK ..... I mailed and asked, but no reply...

Company management trying to improve work culture. They are making efforts to make employees happy. Around 100 people working in company. Small but good for fresher and experience having max 4-5 years. Lot of things to learn there.

Some employees having great experience with Softobiz but I had very unpleasant experience and will say never ever work for this organization as a designer. Worst company I have worked as UX designer, do not deserve more than single star. Directly come to pros n cons Pros: 1. Company culture quite good. HR organizes in-house activities time to time and make their employees happy by distributing little gifts. 2. Salary always on time. But there are deductions each time that supposed to get after 6 months but they may forget and after raising concern you will get in another 2-3 months. 3. Employees are very supportive having great relationship with each other. Other side of coin, some cons can also may exhibit. 1. Worst part - Interview time... They will call you early in morning and then no one will attend you. And if you are giving technical test inside office premises that may take 3-4 hours then forget you will get a glass of water. Funny about this: After taking interviews of 15 different candidates by different people... management can not hire perfect one. Even they can offer you less salary as per current CTC.(Reason can be you are not updated with one of new technology in which company works) Advice: Please work your HR recruiting team. They are just wasting time of others... they might have much time to waste but they don't have right to waste other's time. 2. Lack of learning opportunities. People are working on same technology more than 2-3 years.If you working on Angular based front-end HTMl part, you will never get a chance to work on React/Designs/other similar platforms. No UX exercises/workshops there, No wire-framing... just direct designing in Photoshop. Advice: While shifting any project to other employee, please make sure he/she knows at least basics of that framework. 3. Some projects and their process is miss managed. very poor management by few members of BA team. Advice: Before shouting and getting hyper on employee confirm from BA who is responsible for not passing right information. 4. Top most n major point: You have to say 'yes' for what ever "Gagan Murghai (CTO)" says about designing of any application. He is having non technical experience on UXD and UX analysis. Basically... HR and all employees are well familiar with his behavior but no one can argue with him as he's the Boss. "Gaurav Murghai (CEO)" is practical/focused person and passionate about your work. I haven't worked under him but heard his feedback from other employees. Advice: Try to respect employees who are working for you and putting their efforts to generate revenue. Thank you for your understanding, support and for giving me the opportunity to work with you on such projects.You made it easier for me to understand where I need to apply my skills and it helped me reach where I am today.

Unprofessional Sr. HR she don’t know how to deal with candidate on call.
