★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company for freshers as well as experienced developers. They will not pay your salary on time. They will seize your personal documents to make sure you don't run away after getting salary. Unable to handle clients & you have to take the responsibility if any issue occurs by anyone else from management. You don't have the right to speak your mind, they will modify your words and washes brain of other members. CEO is not capable of handling things in company and doesn't have proper accent as well as outfit during office hours. He will spy on you, make you uncomfortable with your colleagues. You have to hide your voice to get the salary on time.

All the employees are helpful and are always willing to help whenever the junior employees are in need of help. Management also provides the food to the employees when the employees are late in the evening. Cheers to the management and employees. Keep up the good work.

The management is collateral and if any worker wants any quite facilitate, they assist the staff in each doable means. Moreover, if the worker gets late within the evening owing to project deliveries, they even give food to the staff and conjointly give the cab for progressing to home. Best Company I even have ever worked with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They work on very challenging project. If you can involve yourself on that project you can get good learning opportunity to learn new skills. 2. You can get opportunity to communicate directly with Customers (Obviously all Abroad Customers) it will help you to push up your Communication skills. 3. We work for money and at the end of the month you will get your salary on time. Take a deep breath and concentrate on your work, that's it. 4. Security: Talking about Job security not self security :) . They have a good client base according to my knowledge (I was one of the senior member) so they will not sink immediately. If company future is secure you are secure too. 4. Last but most Important, company is on an experience hand who has a good technical background. When a software company owned by a technical person there is always a plus. Aforesaid, a brief among many !!
