★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture Quality seems to be OK. But very poor after sales supports. Things will move smooth till you make the payment and then the response will be too limited. did lot of sufferings to get the materials delivered on time that we purchased.
this would have been a five star rating if they ensured the same quality in service also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two Mesh chairs. Order was executed timely as promised. So no complaints as far as timely delivery of ordered product. When I received the chairs, I found the height of the chairs needed to be adjusted by replacing the Hydraulics in both chairs. I really had to chase Mr. Ravi Wadhwa to send a person to deal with the issue. At one point of time I was getting frustrated and almost asked him to take the chairs back and refund my money. Mr. Wadhwa must realise the importance of after sales service to win customer confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic delivery timelines. They can never deliver on time. While taking orders they will call you continously. Once its time to delivery they will not pick your call also. My office inauguration is in 2 days and they have not delivered the furniture yet. Kindly stay away from them, specially if you are customizing anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a search for office chair in Meerut within my budget. I searched alot of showroom in Meerut and the price of chairs was so high that it was not satisfying the price itself. They were just cheating the customers. Above all the staff was like "lena hain to lo verna nahi".
Then some how I heard of this furniture showroom in Noida. I went there and the behaviour of staff was so nice and they were treating us like the real customers. Above all the owner Mr.Ravi Wadhwa was also so nice and humble. Then their nature allowed me to buy two chair from them one for me and one for my brother.
If anyone is looking for a chair and they have a budget and want that chair just satisfy the needs then they must go tho this showroom. They have also given a good discount and packaging was also spot on.
Must visit.
Staff is very well trained and humble. Infact the staff was s good that they were talking to me like I know them since long. Friendly nature.
They serve you with Water and Tea as soon as you enter the showroom.
