★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soham garden club house is a good residential club house. It's a gym dance, zumba, swimming pool.
I have subscribed to the swimming pool for my son. The charges is rs 2000 monthly which includes swimming and coaching.
The coach gives properly oaching for the swimming and they push you for going for the advanced level of swimming.
about the crowd, it's not very crowded. However in the school vacation, it's gets crowded.
For the coaching, the timings are 7-8pm and 8-9pm Tuesday to Saturday. The pool is decently clean and every Monday the water is changed. Would recommend this, if you stay nearby this area.

He always creates fight between people who buy their flat. He also make additional changes against the approved plan (examples Platinum heritage),
He never take charge of OC.. he has money for his car, for his lavish life, can start new projects, but he is not giving amount applicable for OC. (example: platinum heritage)
Beware of him, any projects, you may felt cheated.
