★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very poor, for delivery I called at reception to check if everything is ready after receiving positive response I come from Camp almost an hours drive and I come to know the plate is not ready astheir system not working, and again need to come again. No proper coordination, watchman at thw gate is like a boss standing their and not allowing you to watch your car, you dont know whether the same cyclinder of yours is fixed or not. Nothing is shown to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Service. It's slightly located in the Interiors of Narhe which is why it is difficult to find. Road access is very Bad. The facility is good. Staff is Polite and Helpful. They will give clear communiccommu for delay if they have high work load.

Ignore always & not get response very well. I fed it & lost my CNG kit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Exp is not good, i called to check Nano CNG cylinder rate, telephone leady said 2700/- at the time of payment she charged 2500/- where as at the time of delivery she asked for more 1000/- that is total 3500/-. No one was sure about rate and rate written at security was 2700/- only.
When I asked they said rate changed just now.
Waiting room is having washroom next to it, it smell bad. Looking at overall exp you will loose trust on service as well.

Gas stove is most important part of our kitchen. The most “Safety” and Best Quality stove is only Sohum gas stove.
I have been using this gas stove for last 6 months and since then I have not encountered any problem. Sohum gas stove are very user friendly .
It is glass type gas stove and very easy to clean & spacious, It comes with brass burners. Its style and design is perfect. it gives very nice look to Kitchen.
And Most important think is Service and support is very good.
I really like it.
Thanks Sohum for making my kitchen safe.
