★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say about the quality of this brand. But the service is worse. I ordered a Kurta 3 to 4 days back and when asked them about the dispatch of the order, they confirmed that the order has been shipped the day it was ordered. They did not give any tracking details of the order and they have been ghosting me that the order has been dispatched.
But when enquired after 3 days, it is such that order has not been dispatched yet. I have been totally dependent on them as I ordered it considering the time boundation of my event.
This is not acceptable. If there is any problem with any order, please confirm the truth with the customer. Ghosting them is not the solution.
