Worst experience here wish could have given negative rating. Staff here is so annoying and lethargic. After the receiving the bike from servicing, i got to know my rear brakes were not working and i just eloped an accident and when i said this has happen they checked and said "Arre sir brake kasna bhool gya tha aapko batana chaiye tha na!" I was like what the hell wrong is with them. Currently right now just 1 week later of servicing, my horn is not working, within the service i told them to check the horn and i came to know that my horn setup has broken as they forgot to tighten the screw. I mean what the hell are they, just screwing up the bikes and playing with the lives of the person and replying "Arre sir, aapko dekhna chaiye tha!". Abe chutiye marte marte bacha hu tumhari bewakoofi ki vajah se! I DONT WANT TO ABUSE ANYONE BUT THIS WAS A MATTER OF LIFE OR DEATH.

It's worthless to go here. They are just going to grab ur hard earnings and they are not going to even touch ur vehicle . Worst service station of indore . Mechanics over sarvate bus station are far better. I would suggest not go here.

not happy with the services they provide, 1) I bought avenger 150 jan 2016 from bajaj sojatia, now the bike's self start was not working so i went to the service center, over the telephone they told me it will be solved within few minutes, but when i went they stood me in waiting room more then 30 min. and haven't even checked my bike, after then they checked and told me the battery condition is poor, nobody knew how much warranty they provide on battery, they don't even have a new battery they told me buy one from outside. { comment update : they told me battery is damaged but now the same battery i'm using in same bike and its been around more then 1yearno problem occur so how can he was so sure the battery is damaged} 2) At the time of my 5th service at 20,000 km, i gave the bike at approx 11am and they told me i'll get the bike today itself they called me at 6.40pm and said servicing is done but you can get your bike tomorrow and disconnected the call, service center closing time is 7 pm and i was hardly 5 min. far from service center and when i called them again they didn't pick up, somehow i arranged the contact no. of the manager and i called manager of service center he told me if i can mange to come in 10 min. they will give me the bike today. bike servicing wasn't done well they even didn't washed it properly, chain wasn't clean n lubricated, after the service they provide you a slip which you can put in the box which is called satisfied and not satisfied i put in not satisfied its now more then one month they didn't even call me back to hear my problem, and bike's gear shift wasn't working properly and handle was a little jam, so i discussed with them about this problem they told me it will cost me around 1800 INR for clutch plate replacement and 1200 INR for the handle jam, i was shocked to hear this much price i went to a genuine bike service center and discussed with them the same problem they did all the work in just approx 800 INR. 3) This time they took it to next level of poor servicing This time they took it to next level of poor servicing Few days before servicing i got a message that bajaj has launched a app by which i can book bike servicing according to my time and date so i downloaded the app and requested on 14 jun 2018 for service booking as you can see in my screenshot and the booking status is still showing confirmation pending today's date is 22 jun 2018. after booking on app they called me for straight two days to take my bike for servicing so i took my bike for servicing on 16 Jun 18. When i reached service center in the morning they said today's booking is over you can come tomorrow i discussed to concerned person(i guess he was the manager) about this whole scenario then he agreed to take my bike for servicing, After servicing i took my bike with me same day in the evening and next day when i drove my bike i started noticing few things 1) Noise while running due to maybe bike wasn't washed properly or something else. 2) Bike Handle was feeling a little tight while turning. 3) Left side rear view mirror wasn't tighten properly. 4) and biggest mistake they've made by which i was about to die while driving : I've attached a image which shows read break with a nut and bolt, so when i was driving at 2 lane road on a hill area at a speed of 40-50 km, i heard some metal sound coming from backside of my bike i decelerated bike tried to press the rear break but it was so tight so it wan't moving a bit, somehow i manged to stop my bike it was very dangerous and life threatening moment. so when i stopped my bike, i saw there was no nut and bolt at the place which I've mentioned in the image below, rear Tyre was completely jammed, i tried to fix it on my own and it worked i went to a nearest garage and brought a nut bolt and fix it, the garage owner said this happens only due to irresponsibility.

I wish I could give negative stars. Before you purchase any vehicle they will call you provide you water and tea. Once you purchase you become nothing. Specially the service center team. For any servicing you will have to suffer the whole day. No value of your time.

I had 6 service 3 free and 3 paid with membership card from here. I always feel its overcharge. And in membership card service you can find outsource labour and outsource service... which they dont tell whats the charge was about. And lastly i had oil seal changed from front suspension and they forget to fastened all the 3 screw.

Bike prices are low as compare with other showrooms with new models of vehicles. Salesman are so helpful to buy vehicles. This time I do not buy vehicle but next time definately I will purchase from here.
