โ โ โ โ โ Good products, poor salesman....can't even communicate properly... showroom in crowded main road with no parking.... execution has gone all wrong.
Asked the salesman to give showroom manager or owner's number and he says, เคฎเฅเค เคนเฅ เคธเคฌเคเฅเค เคฆเฅเคเคคเคพ เคนเฅเค' and the owner has strictly instructed not to disturb....what kind of company these days don't want to engage with customers...our ticket size was 30K however due to poor service we left without closing the deal.

As per my experience so far i had brought couple of gears from Solace.
No1: Airdrift Gloves V2 - They are good and solves the purpose if you are looking for regular wear within city or short rides. Have been using since couple of months. But i could see minor wear out happening on some areas already but manageable. I would still Rate 4 Stars for the quality. Price Rs.1599/-
No2: Riding Jeans Model: Gravel Denim Black size 34 "- I bought these from one of their Partner store in Mid dec 2021, Yes i did try quickly at the store but thought it would be ok considering the price and stock availability that time.. Wore it on my 100Km day ride post 3rd wave and was not that comfortable as i felt some issues with the Size. back home measured the size at the tailor & to my surprise it was Size 38 " . As per Solace team since i wore and washed the Jeans once the material got stretched extra 4 " - Damage - MRP 6100/ - no replacement not even one single call back from the customer support after several emails exchanges. The only support i got was from Gearnride offering free alternation which i denied.
The biking industry in India is pickup up and still many of us depend on imports. Sad to see how Make in India brands treat their customers post sales- My rating for customer support & satisfaction - ZERO.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought gloves from their website, they started falling apart after the first use itslef.
I visited the store to speak to them about the stitches opening up and the palm protectors delaminating. The owner/staff were very very blunt and rude "no warranty on discounted products".
The same message could have been conveyed in a better manner, and they didn't offer any help or make good for a 1 week old product.
I've had issues with products from other manufacturers too but nobody has customer service this poor.

But length is too small, & way too costly. When I purchased it was Rs. 350 a pair.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place for riding gears. Good quality & service rendered. Very patient staffs, Product knowledge for them would have been a better, but having said that the sales guy knew to an extent & he was of some help.. Overall a good place for your riding needs. Special thanks to Raj Kumar the sales person who assisted me. Very polite owner as well.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited their shop on Kanakapura Road today and bought their Air X riding jacket. They have a large selection of Solace jackets, riding pants, gloves. While their shop feels a bit cramped it is reasonably sized and well stocked. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I am 5.9โ and 76kgs in weight and the Air X riding jacket in size XL fit me perfectly and I found it very comfortable to wear. It is the lightest jackets of at least 5 different brands that I tried and well ventilated for our South Indian conditions. The fluorescent strips on the jacket are clearly visible as can be seen in the attached photo that was taken at night with camera flash. I hope to buy riding pants from them next month. Their jackets are easily 5 star products in my opinion with real value for money.

Very nice set of motorcycle gears you can buy at an affordable price range. While it competes with some of the major brands in the market, my experience has been top notch with Solace when it comes to Riding jackets, Pants, gloves as well as tank bags Iโve got.
Another USP for their brand is this is made in India and especially Karnataka ??
Iโve been an extremely satisfied customer of Solace and planning to continue with the same for many years to come.
