Location wise building is constructed on good place as infront of the building it has East west bridge and army area. On the right railway track with minimal or no sounds. On left side currently derbis of demolished chawl so in future there can be some building may come up.

It’s far off from both Bhayander and Mira Road railway stations so if you’re regular local train commuters, you need to spend additional 15-20 mins to your commute time. However, it’s close Mira Bhayandar Road which provides better connectivity to Highway. No play area for kids and less parking space. It consists mostly 2-3 bhk flats. Bedrooms are less spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually there is confusion between solitaire homes and Suhas modi sra but these two are seperate places seperated by a wall.
This place is having 2-3 bhk rooms very spacious and beautiful.
This don't have garden and the balcony is not very big.
