★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the hotel recently and booked room online after seeing reviews and photographs but when I entered in room, they are not as shown...bathrooms were stinky..highly poor in maintenance. If I add more about service...they don't deserve any star...I have made 30 plus calls for room services...whether providing laundry or AC complaints...TV is not working ..we ordered tea ...it was so sugery that u can't have it....nothing good about the hotel...paid 2000 plus for a single room per day and got the service of no class....bad experience...choose a hotel in ujjain smartly as ppl visit only for MAHAKAL Darshan so stays in dharmshala rather than hotels so they don't put any efforts on maintenance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had. Staff unprofessional, untrained. Worst behaviour they do with their guests. Food unhygienic, tasteless and stale food. Moreover, they don't even listen and leave the calls unanswered. Nobody at the reception gives the response if we try to contact them. No electricity for the entire night. When complained, they say they can't do anything. We have a lot of guests and we can't listen and solve everybody's queries.
Mr. Lokesh is very pathetic person. He is into the sales and handling the room reservation with no specific experience. Wastage of money as their rooms are as similar to the store rooms (dharamshalas).
I would like to recommend you all to stay in dharamshalas instead of this stupid property. Don't enter guys....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good resort for wedding or any family functions , services and food quality was good, if we talk about resort campus or area of the garden there are seprate area for dinner/lunch and for haldi ceremony and reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Careless Housekeeping # Oily Dusty Floor. Used Masks were present in the bed side drawer. Used Shampoo bottles were lying. Looks like Furniture cleaning not done since months. Half of the lights were not working. Just stayed for night stay. Property is good but lacks in proper cleaning and proper management. May be they improve for future guests
